Impact Lab¶
Welcome to the Impact Lab Field Guide. This is your home throughout Impact Lab.
Everything you need is here: your curriculum, your schedule, and answers to your questions. Use this Field Guide to stay oriented while participating in Impact Lab.
You are in a Track based on your experience level.
You will go through Impact Lab with a small Team of attendees at a similar experience level. Several Teams share a room, a Facilitator, and a schedule. That room is your Cohort.
Each Cohort will go through four Sessions.

Every Session follows the same rhythm:
- Lessons teach new concepts through structured curriculum. Your Team works through the material together, pacing yourselves so everyone arrives ready to build.
- Challenges put those concepts into practice through a building challenge. Every team takes their own path, with room for creativity and different approaches. Each Challenge builds on the last, and by the end your Team ships a single demoable product.
- Reflections bring the whole Cohort back together to debrief what you learned.
Your Facilitator leads the cohort, facilitating the timing of Lessons, Challenges, and Reflections for your track.

Beginner¶
Dabbler → Doer. You've played around with chat-based AI for search or drafting, but haven't built anything with it. This track takes you from zero to a deployed, data-driven web application, built entirely through conversation with AI.
